-just recently Keb Darge told me about this really funky Japanese band and their 45-releases. for my birthday my dear french brother Nicolas presented me with four of them: “New New Type Thing”, “Just Bein’ Free”, “Hot Pants Road” and “Pick Up The Pieces One By One”. the later two kind of belong together since it’s part1 on a the a-side and then part2 of the other tune on the flip (understood?). now this is a great great present!!! thanks a lot. my favourite tune of these right now is “Just Bein’ Free” but it’s actually very hard to pick one out. good stuff!-
