Yambü: “Sunny”
-now this is a funny cover-version of the Bobby Hebb-classic. it’s kinda disco and the vocal-bits actually just go “Sunny, thank you for your love” in a variation of the original material until the original melody is picked up by a keyboard. at first I hated this, but it’s actually nice witha melancholic attitude (all in disco-tempo though). I’ll play it and we’ll see. the b-side starts with a funny (again!) trumpet-intro as used by Deee-Lite for “Who Was That?” from their debut. and then the latin party starts. I’ll play that side, too-
