-I already told you the album’s good. now the 12″ not only brings you the instrumental, but a remix by Phase One that not only has a more upfront beat but a new hook for the chorus where singer Eleon reworks “Everybody Needs Somebody” and later on James Brown’s “Soul Power” gets a little revival, too. very nice. Phase One created a Pete Rock-ish kinda instrumental for that. to complete the joy, there’s the bonus track “My Life” where Eleon has his own time to shine. nod your head to this.-
