-what an amazing record! I really enjoyed the first album by my dear friends from Madrid, but this one is another level. if you haven’t heard from The Sweet Vandals yet, you better hurry up to your recordstore of choice and get a listen to this incredible, INCREDIBLE recording. so well rounded, musically and lyrically, with uptempo Funk, sweet Soul ballads and those two favourites of mine “Funky Children” (with a children’s choir) and “Every Woman Is A Diva”, the most soulful dedication to the beauty and power of women as such, that I’ve heard in a long long time. but my words will hardly do justice to the amazing songwriting and production work The Sweet Vandals have put into this record. go, now, and check it out for yourself!-
